Squish the Boobs

A little reminder to schedule your mammogram today. I’m getting mine done. Not my favorite task to do, but something we have to do. The anticipation and anxiety is worse than the 10 minutes it takes to get it done.

So, don’t forget to schedule yours.

Yearly Check-up

Nothing says another year has passed like it being time for your yearly check-up at the doctor’s office. I know some people skip them from time to time, but I always get one each year. My dad was borderline diabetic and I want to keep up on checking for that. I was very anemic as a teenagaer, passing out several times, and I want to keep up on that too.

So, I had to fast from Sunday night to Monday morning. (No coffee!) I had a headache but I didn’t want to take anything to foul up the results. Drank lots of water. Didn’t help. Still impossible to get blood out of my veins. LOL

Once I was done, I rushed home to eat lunch. I was starving. But, done for another year. Now I just have to wait for results. (twiddling thumbs)
