Otherwise known as National Novel Writing Month or November for those of you who aren’t writing a book. I’m jumping in again. I’ve done it 6 or 7 years now, won once or twice. The idea is to write 50,000 words in 30 days.
For this year’s book I was going to do book 4 of the Time of Zombies series, but once I got my series bible done for the Ghost Releasers, Inc. series, I decided to work on books 2 and 3 instead while I work on the series bible for Time of Zombies and do book 4 of that series in December and January. Doing that, I should have 3 books ready to go out in February or March at the latest of next year.
So, for this year’s Nanowrimo I will work on Ghostly Deceptions and Ghostly Perceptions to go with Ghostly Intentions which is already available as an ebook. Once I have all 3 done and out, I think I will make them into paperbacks as well.
Are you doing Nanowrimo this year?

Or Nanowrimo or insanity in the name of large wordage. LOL
In a fit of temporary insanity I’ve signed up for another year of Nanowrimo. Along with 300,000 other writers I’ve signed up for aiming at 50K words in 30 days.
I’ve done it several years and won a couple of years. My first Nano novel, Tempting Adam became a published book in 2011.
What are your plans for November? Are you joining the insanity of Nanowrimo? You can find me there to ‘buddy’ at Jill James.

Nanowrimo or National Novel Writing Month is here. Today is Day 6 and I’m already way behind. Had some family stuff come up so I’ll be doing writing sprints soon to play catch up.
Unless I added some words late last night, I’m at 1,400 words so far. Not great, but at least not still zero. 🙂

Are you ready to Nano?!!!
November 1 – 30 is National Novel Writing Month or Nano as it is called. Every year thousands of writers gather electronically and locally for a month of seeing how much they can write. The aim is to do 50,000 words to ‘win’. Although I and most writers feel any amount of words is a cause for celebration.
My first published novel, Tempting Adam was a Nano project. As was Dangerous Shift and most of Love in the Time of Zombies. See, even if you don’t ‘win’ you do win by having more words than you started out with.
Who’s ready for Nano? www.nanowrimo.org
I’m there as Jill James and I’ll be working on two novellas to reach the 50,000 words.

I’m blogging today at Voices From the Heart about the Nano adventure. Check it out there.
Otherwise known as National Novel Writing Month. The brainchild of Chris Baty, Nano as it is called is a shoutout to writers everywhere to sit down for the month of November and write a book. 50,000 words by November 30.
I’ve done it for three previous years. This year has been kind of a funk and I need Nano to get the creative juices flowing again. My story for Nano this year is a haunting/Ghost Hunters kind of story. A romance of course.
You can buddy me on Nanowrimo — I’m there as mrsgodiva
Day 1 total – 1900 words.
