So, I decided to get serious about losing weight and getting in shape. I signed up for My Fitness Pal. It’s an app for counting calories, logging in exercise, and just plain being accountable for what you eat and how much you exercise.
It has been a little less than a week and I feel better. It helps that 1,250 calories is not a lot and if I want a scoop of ice cream at the end of the day I have to go for a walk, a bike ride, or something to be able to have it.
No weight loss yet, but I’m feeling better. Of course, meanwhile, husband is doing it to maintain and he lost 4 pounds this week. Grrr Argh!!! LOL
