What Jill James is Reading

Let me start by saying I want to move to Barefoot Bay. Roxanne St. Claire has painted a picture of the perfect place to be; hurricane and all.

barefoot in the sandBarefoot in the SandLacey and Clay’s story. The book starts with a hurricane and builds from there. I so wanted Lacey and her daughter, Ashley to have all their dreams to come true, and St. Claire delivers. Clay, the hunky, slightly younger architect is just what Lacey needs when he blows into her life pretty much like the hurricane. I loved this sweet tale of getting what you need instead of what you think you want.

This is a bittersweet tale of doing what you think is right for the one you love, even if it rips your heart out. It is a story of family and forgiveness, even when you don’t want to.

I can not wait for the rest of the group’s stories. Roxanne St. Claire gives you heartbreaking and heartwarming all wrapped up in true love.
