Getting the word count for the day and getting exercise is a juggling act. The years have added pounds that I’m working hard to get rid of. Now that I’m published I want to be around to enjoy it.
I’ve added a widget on the sidebar of this blog to track my exercising; walking and bicycling. Hopefully I’ll keep going. Only lost a few pounds so far but I’m firming, toning, and clothes are fitting better, and at the end of the day that is an awesome start.
Today I have a doctor yearly check-up so hoping blood pressure and cholesterol is better so maybe I can lose a few pills I take every day.
